A Glamorous Palm Springs Villa with strong ties to Old Hollywood. Once owned by Sonny & Cher. Gorgeous center courtyard with a large pool (optional pool heating can be purchased for $70/night), alfresco dining, and a living area with a fireplace and a daybed. Spa. Outdoor shower. Built-in BBQ grill. Ping Pong Table. Up to 2 dogs under 50lbs are allowed for a $100 (plus city TOT Tax) pet fee per dog.

• Additional: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of the reservation with no refund. NOTE: This is not a house that is set up for children. Each bedroom (except the primary) enters & exits to either the pool or to the front of the house. The bedrooms are not connected to the main house (except the primary bedroom). This is why we do not allow children.
• Not Suitable for Infants. Not suitable for kids or infants. Multiple levels and staircases. Bedrooms are separate casitas. Main house only has one bedroom. No outdoor music of any kind or anytime of the day or night. Optional pool heating is $70/night and optional dog pet fee is $100/per pet plus city TOT tax. Absolutely not parties or events can be held at the home and a maximum of 5 vehicles at or near the property
